Short bohemian skirt

Short skirt. I am 5’3” and it come about an inch above my knee. It has lots of fun colors. 100% polyester with a slip lining. It has loops attach for a belt, but many of them have come unattached at the top and the left side has a rip at the top. I do not know how to sow, so I haven’t been able to fix this.
