Short black and white prom/sweet sixteen dress!!

Only worn once for my sweet sixteen a year and a half ago. The top is white and embroidered with silver gems. The bottom is black with a lot of tule (meaning that it's flares out a lot). Size 17/18. Goes a little above my knees (I am 5'2"). Complete with a corset in the back on the dress. Price is negotiable!! However, I am leaving July 22nd and won't be back until August 21st. If you purchase during that time, be aware that it won't come until after the 21st!!!!
