Short Sleeve Flattering Tunic

Flattering tunic! The top part sits just under bust line and the solid black part fits shugly to waist. Very slimming! Top part is a soft flowing polyester (very silky feel) and bottom part is like a stretch t-shirt feel, so super comfy too. Size small. Measures 24" total length, although could be stretched longer if needed.
