Short Sleeve Blouse

NWOT - Worn to work one time, washed according to directions. This is a beautiful blouse, the pictures don't do it justice. Selling because it doesn't fit me. Hard to get a picture of the details, black to blue fun pattern at top and plain white on bottem half that is sheer. Rounded neckline with a v in the middle. Gathered stitching around neckline.
