oksoutherncharm @challmark2000 waist is a 28, stretches out to 40. Inseam is 13.5 very stretchy. On sale this weekend for $20.

oksoutherncharm @sarahbethroper no, they fit true to size for women.

oksoutherncharm @sarahbethroper you can position them below, at or slightly above the belly button. (Depends how far you want the lace to hang from under your shorts) They have a small elastic band around the top and they have some stretch in them.
