This cute little derby hat is a great accessory for church or jeans and a T. It is by Berkshire, with designer name shown, John Broowers, maybe, of 100% wool. Tag “Eva Mae Hat of distinction “. Also tag says “ADJ”, and there is a wire inside inner ribbon. I do not know how that works, so the inner diameter as it sits is 21”. Will send a hat pin, with closure tip.
