Short Blue Formal Dress

Short blue formal dress, high and tight at the top, then flows in a ballgown bottom. The back has a keyhole, and is very flattering on the hips. Two clasps at the top, and one at the bottom with the zipper, intact. Worn once to a formal danced and no alterations were made. Worn with no bra, as pictured.
