Short Beaded Tulle Sky Blue Homecoming Dress Sz 2

This beautiful dress was an Amazon return and still has the tags. It is in perfect condition. The halter top hooks at the back of the neck. The bodice and skirt are covered in beads and sequins. The skirt has 5 layers - 2 layers of tulle, a sheer fabric, a satin fabric, and another layer of satin with a small crinoline built-in at the bottom that makes the skirt poof out a bit. The waist is 13 inches across when laid flat. The skirt length from waist is approximately 19 inches.
