Shoreline Free Size Purple Top Tie Back Detail

Pretty purple sleeveless top or blouse, that is wonderfully textured and has a lovely floral pattern. It’s sizing says “free size”, however, based on measurements, I would say a small or medium. Measurements are approximately 15” - 18.5” chest and 17.5” length. It is made of 100% rayon. Please refer to pictures for full description and measurements.
