blazingfastship @oblueeyes26 I'm very sorry for what happened during shipping handling. Sometimes postal service doesn't treat packages the right way. Since you accepted the order I don't seem to find a way to refunded you. Poshmark already processed the transaction and has been taken all the fees. I'm willing to give you a $11 discount on any other toy, (which were my earnings on this sale). :)
