Hey there! Here are some policies - NO REFUNDS - Items ARE shipped as pictured! Anything that happens during transit is at fault of USPS, I do get insurance based off of what you pay on the package so I reccomend you submit a claim with them. That being said I am not responsible for the package after it is shipped. - I ship at LATEST a week from when you order, I will message you if otherwise - I prefer that you pay with depop payments. - I do accept offers as long as they are reasonable. - Please message me about additional info, or pictures as well.
