katoodle @asrneo, no, this is my daughter’s dress, and she never wore it. It had the tags on, but the tailor got a spot on the sleeve and I had to take the tags off to get it dry cleaned. (The spot came out.)

katoodle @imposh996, I will have to ask my daughter. I think she said in the shoulders, but not sure. I’ll get back to you tomorrow.

katoodle @imposh996, my daughter said the torso was designed for someone with a long torso, so her tailor took less than an inch off the top of the shoulders. I measured from the top of the shoulder, both at the neck side and at the sleeve side, and it is 11” from the shoulder seam to the top of that band under the bust, and 14” from shoulder seam to the bottom of the band. That’s the band that is the top of the cutout at the abdomen. Hope that makes sense and helps.
