camilacloset Hi I have a question I just sold an item in my closet and the listing says 'sold' but when I go to my balance it says pending 36 dollars and posh still hasn't sent me the pre addressed shipping label. What should I do? Please help its my first sale😁

jennyontheblock @camilacloset the prepaid shipping label should have come as an attachment to an email. If you did not receive it, you need to contact Poshmark to obtain a replacement label. Your account balance says pending because someone bought your item and paid for it. Poshmark holds the money until the buyer accepts delivery of your item. So you need to get the label and ship the item so the buyer can accept it and then your money gets released to you
