Shiny Black PVC Circle Swing Skirt, Knee Length, Size Medium by Honour

Shiny circle swing skirt, made of black PVC. Zipper and button closure. The material when stored flat/folded tends to stick to itself. To the touch, it's fine. I just treated it with Patent Glow Spray before storing with tissue paper in between the layers. Perhaps regular treatment with a patent spray will help. Smoke free, pet free home. Length: 23 inches Waist across: 14 inches (28 inchs around)
