-Top, Side, and Rear Access to Gear
-13" Laptop Compartment
-3L Hydration Bladder Sleeve
-Height Adjustable Harness and Frame (PLUS a second set of backpack straps that are built for a female frame, the original straps are built for a male frame)
-Padded Waist Belt with Pockets
-Padded Back Panel for Comfort
-Removable Tripod/Accessory Pouch
-EVA Padding, Ripstop-Coated Nylon
I do love everything about this bag, but with the field photography work that I do, this surprisingly turned out to be too large for my body frame. I got the female straps but overall I needed something a bit smaller to have more access and carry less in the backcountry for shooting.

Hi, I see you mention still needing something smaller for the backcountry. Have you found one you like? The Shimoda line always appealed to me but I’m 5’1” so this would likely do the same to me and I’m curious if you found something yet.

@tori9516 Hi! They actually do make some smaller sizes now and have built more for a female frame as well I’ve heard, but I switched over to Wandrd! They make some incredible bags, worth the money. I’ve been working with the Prvke 21L for an everyday shoot bag and it’s been perfect, still figuring out which I’m looking into for backcountry combinations.

@srochowiak haha that’s what I’ve been using! Love my PRVK 21 for day shoots and anything around town. It’s become a daily use for me. I also bought the Hexad because I’m a sucker for duffels, but I’m worried about hiking with that for a trip that’s being planned out. I’ll look into the Shimoda smaller sizes, thanks!

@tori9516 Oh awesome! LOVE that bag. Let me know if you find the right backcountry bag!! This one really is so perfect too, and plenty of space for other gear and attachments. So I imagine their smaller sizes would be exactly what we needed.
