Shimmery Silver Halter Top Tunic

This top buttons in the back at the neck by two silver buttons with elastic fasteners. I love this top but it is too large for me, so, I have never worn it...my bust measurement is 38D. I think it would look great on someone young and tall with nice, broad shoulders.
