Shimmery Black Tiered Gown

Beautiful gown very comfortable and flattering fit. Has a shimmer and is black very elegant. Good for prom, wedding guest, formal, etc… truly one of a kind couldn’t find anything similar. I would wear this but came too late for formal… also in the picture the top is lose so trying to hold it together otherwise it fits very nicely
