Shimmery Black & Silver Midi-Skirt

This is the perfect skirt to dress up or down...Midi-length with black & silver shimmer all over! Elastic waist all around. Fully lined with black fabric underneath. Sheer overlay is where all the sparkle happens! Barely worn. Like new. 29" long. Waist is 14.5" unstretched but stretches comfortably to 18". This is a small petite, but I usually wear a medium, and this fits me fine, as the waist stretches and it is flowy. 23" across hips, 30" across bottom hem.
