This black and green polka dot dress includes a scoop neck, short sleeves, and belt loops BELT NOT INCLUDED. Note that there is a VERY small amount of fuzzing around the waistline from being worn with a belt (see pics), and that there is a permanent orange stain inside the dress leftover from the belt and a long narrow stain down the inside of the skirt (see pics).These stains are NOT visible from the outside.
