kimilyons @breezyyb123 it was taken in at the waist I'm pretty sure and let out in the bust. But it was altered before I bought it. But yeah you can send it back and me try to refund it

kimilyons @breezyyb123 yeah the bust will be big enough for sure. And it has a built in padded bra. I think it should fit. It was snug on my waist area but I have a thick midsection so it would probably fit you
