@alli_irene armpit to armpit is measuring 17”
The bottom part on the top is measuring 15”
My daughter wore this and she is a 36B. Hope this helps.

@arsh_kay it is about 47.5 inches measuring from top of the waist to the bottom in the front. The back is longer measuring at about 50 inches. The skirt is very full with many layers.
