Sherri Hill prom dress

Beautiful icy powder blue halter style dress, size 4, fits more like a 2. The top appears separate from the skirt in the back, and it has a cute silver exposed zipper. The full skirt has a built in crinoline for fullness and has a slight asymmetric hemline. The top has had alteration on the neck strap to shorten. The “belt” decoration is not original to the dress; it was added by the dress shoppe. There is some makeup/spray tan transfer on the top of the dress, as shown in the pics.
