chick_dog_crazy love the look of this dress!! I would definitely have to shorten the hem as I'm 5'1" and like to wear flat shoes. I do my own alterations as much as possible and this hem would be very challenging for me. wondering a seamstress would shorten from the bottom or alter at the waist 🤔.

lynncarp128 @chick_dog_crazy I would think you could do either but at the bottom wouldn’t have as much of the layered look. It was a really expensive gown. Worn once and then cleaned.
