Sherri Hill Sky blue dress

Sherri Hill Sky Blue prom dress! Beautiful flower print design!! It is very good quality. Brand new!! Never worn! With tags attached! Has mesh detail on sides and front. I hemmed the dress so that it could be in length of 25 inches from the waist to the hem. It is originally a 00: 23 inch waist. For me it fit just below the knees. Unfortunately since I got fitted for it, it does not fit anymore. I am open to offers!! I just want it out of my closet. Perfect for school dance!
