Sherri Hill Prom Dress

This dress was amazing. It's a size 2 but was altered. I am 5.5 with 2 inch heels and the dress was little a little long. It was altered around the top to fit just. A tad bit better so it would hang so low (the top) the color is royal blue. It was worn this year once for my prom I'm trying to get rid of it. The back is open.
