Sherri Hill Cocktail Dress. Black and rhinestone. Chucnky stones on top, ruching material right under, then the whole bottom is fringe. This is a really cute and fun dress! Perfect for a dinner, holiday event, appearances, prom, etc. Only worn twice. A couple of stones and beginning to come off, but can be easily reattached. It also comes with additional stones!
