Shelby and Palmer cocktail dress from Nordstrom.

This dress is so sleek and shifty. It flatters and fits everyone perfectly. It's black with white polka dots and had a silk ribbon that ties right above the hip at the waist. Unfortunately, it doesn't cover my religious garments, so I have to sell.
