Shein red, white, and black strapless dress

No stains or tears. Never been worn! This dress used to have straps, but I ended up cutting them off. It has two long pieces of fabric which you tie around your waist. It’s super cute! It is also very tight, but would be great at the beach or a night out. Some of the stitching looks a little cheap, but from far away nobody would notice. :) Color: Red, white, and black stripes Size: Small
