Shein Plus basic flared dress

Shein Plus basic flared dress. Fabric is very soft to the touch. It is a loose fit. Size is 2XL which would fit about 16 US. If you like a looser fit this is the dress. Basically brand new. I tried it on twice and did wash it on delicate to see if it would shrink and it didn’t but it came out the same as when it arrived. I am a short and a size 14 with a belly and it was a tad bit big all around for me.
