Shein Plunging deep v mini dress waist ties in front or back open back ties at back of neck to adjust level of cleavage beautiful cobalt blue and purple and pink floral print size medium but has no stretch and runs small in waist. fits like a small or xs imo zips in back I love this dress and want it to work for me soo badly but I'm just too large in the booty. it is kinda narrow in the hip 28.5" waist about 36" in hips about 34" armpit to armpit but can adjust back of neck tie to allow more space in chest nwot
