xprettyinposhx @dana_mraz since the straps are adjustable it's hard to determine where you will have the straps which changes the length of the underskirt but measuring from the under bust hem line (around the true waist area where the top meets the skirt) to the bottom hem of the underskirt its 15". no slit.

xprettyinposhx @dana_mraz there is a seam right at the bottom of the belt that meets the skirt fabric to the bust.....Hopefully you can see that in the photo. that's where I measured from....so essetualy the bottom of the belt to the bottom of the underskirt. if that doesn't help much I can mesure fro. somewhere else. just let me know. :)

danalovestosell @xprettyinposhx sorry I forgot all about this dress I just measured and no I actually don’t understand I want to know the measurement of the dress not the underskirt that doesn’t really tell me how long it will be on me 15 inches is super short so I need to know the top layer dress so can you measure from the belt to the very bottom of the dress the outside layer that’s what I need thanks

xprettyinposhx @dana_mraz the skirt from the waist where the tie is to the bottom is 42" if I measure from the top of the bust(the tip of the triangle of the top) 53.5". I didn't include the straps because they are adjustable.
