Shein 3X 18/20 tiered dress

Shein dress fits a typical US 18/20. there's a little stretch in the waist due to elastic waistband (see photos). I'm 5'10, and it hits me below the knee. There are no material details on the tag, but it feels like a poly-cotton mix. it's lightweight and comfortable. It's been worn once or twice. Good condition. comes from a smoke-free, pet friendly home.
