Shein , 2x or 3x , Blue ad white tie dye dress

This dress come off of shein but it was a little big on me but love it so much great dress and pretty color. The dress is a size 3x but I think it can fit a 2x and 3x body type because of the stretch material it has. The color is like a baby blue and a white tie-dye effect wish I think is very pretty but I have a little more blue than anything . It is in very good condition I bought it like 1 week and it just came in. I think the martial is like cotton . I love the dress but it is just not for me.
