Sheila’s Collectibles Long-Waterman Mansion, San Diego, CA w/ Box

This signed Sheila Long-Waterman House is located at 2408 First Avenue, San Diego, San Diego County, CA. Construction in in the Queen Anne style and is made of selected "heart" redwood. It was built in 1889 and restored to its original glory in 1981. It is a signed piece dated 1997. There are no scratches or nicks. It has been lovingly displayed on a shelf in my house for many years. It comes with the original box and one of the original Sheila trading cards. Sheila's Houses are little wooden houses created by the artist Shelia Thompson. Each house is patterned after an actual house in the United States. On the back of the house is the house’s name, location, some history of the house, Sheila’s signature, and when it was made. If it is a limited edition, that will also be noted.
