Sheer/Velvet Floral Caftan Top with Fringe

I bought this gorgeous fringed duster to wear to an outdoor concert but it was so cold, I had to wear a big sweater instead. I like the duster look, but for me it’s a little fussy. I thought it would make a great top, so I stitched it up the front and had a fabulous fringed top to wear with my black bell bottoms. I removed the tag and when I didn’t wear it, I put the tag back on. I put on the outfit I was going to wear and snapped a couple of pictures. It’s great with bell bottoms but it’s even better with ripped up, faded denim. I only have a flesh colored bra on underneath and because of the mix of black burnout, and the floral pattern on the sheer bits, you don’t even notice the bra. I love it, but I just don’t get enough opportunities to wear it. Length 36” including fringe Still has tags. One size fits S-L No closures Black areas are velvet!
