Sheer white lightweight sweater top

So cute over any top! I cut off the tag so I have no idea of the brand or size! I would say fits like a medium, meant to be a loose flowy fit. Would be cute over a swim suit also. Has a small snag as shown in 3rd pic. Make me an offer 😀
