Sheer unique boxy crop top

I got this at an antique store in Vienna and absolutely love it. However it’s too cropped for me and I don’t wear it. The fabric is light and semi sheer but the fabric distracts from the sheerness. I’ve worn black bra underneath it and you couldn’t see.
