This sheer sleeveless blouse (cami layer needed) is black with an allover square dot design in ivory. From the Old Navy Collection line. Button front, v neck. Tie attaches with a button to the back of the collar and can be removed. Extra button sewn inside. A great basic piece to wear solo or under a blazer. 100% polyester, machine wash/dry ok.
