Sheer polka dot top with ruffles and belted waist.

This sheer black Charlotte Russe top has an all-over white polka dot print. Top has a scoop neck with a wide, vertical stripe of ruffles along the bust, ruffled cap sleeves and a belted waist. Belt is 68 inches long and is sheer and polka dotted just as the top is. Top is a size large but a it is a belted top, it can fit other sizes by tying the belt tighter. Top is preloved but is in great condition (top was well taken care of since this was worn to work in an office setting).
