Sheer polka dot tank top, unique with a flare!

Charming Charlies tank top size large, but fits a medium as well. It’s a sheer fabric with less sheer polka dots throughout. The neck and arm hems are a faux leather, and there is a button in the back to expand the neck hole while putting it on or off. The bottom is gathered which gives it a ruffle / flare. It’s a cool shirt and pretty versatile. Really cute with colorful bras or bands underneath, or putting a crop top over it for little flare!
