Works for a small to small-medium. Brand Forever A cute vintage inspired dress that buttons up the front from the dropped waist. There are several thread pulls throughout, and the sleeve at the underarm has some fraying. The sleeves are gathered with elastic for a bit of poof. Gathers decorate the front and peter pan collar. Belt not included.
