Sheer floral dress with velvet ribbon accents

Beautiful soft netting sheer printed dress, gathered at waist, hits top of knee. Wear with a slip and bra! Black accent velvet ribbon trim. Stitching a bit wonky on back neck hem as shown, but not loose. No’s sure brand.
