Sheer black with floral print button-down midi skirt

Sheer fabric overlay with black lining. Flat front waist, back waist is elastic. Buttons down the front so you can show as much leg as you choose. Length is 37". Waist is 26 1/2" without stretching the elastic. Like-new condition.
