Sheer black blouse w/ lace shoulder

Really pretty black sheer shirt with lace decals on the shoulder. Can be worn with a bralette underneath or as a bathing suit cover up. Has a snag which was shown in the pictures, it is not noticeable when the shirt is on but the price has been adjusted to accommodate for the flaw.
