This is a beautiful and classy maxi skirt from XXI! It is a beautiful blue aqua color as shown well in the first photo. This skirt is floor length and is sheer enough to show your legs underneath. It has an aqua colored slip built in underneath the skirt as shown in the second picture. The size is small, and runs true to size!
