Sheer Top With Tie

Multi print sheer top with a u neck line front and back. It was 3/4 wide sleeves that have a little elastic around the end to wear them up on your arms or let them hang. The bottom part has an opening slit on one side that can be adjusted by a tie on the bottom. If you tie it tight the whole bottom part will me tight or you can tie it loose and have the slit showing with the tie design!
