masterofcolas @gsims1177 oh lawd girl, im disabled as an army veteran, i have a cyst on my spine the VA refuses to rid of so i have been going up and down 20-30 lbs over the course of 5 years. I take apple cider and coconut oil, planking really helped strengthen my back while walking the neighborhood for 1-2 miles, i live in a very hilly area which has helped. I still have some more to go but i need to have hold of the cyst situation first ☺️
