Sheer, Plaid Chest Ruffle Dress

Want to look posh (or a little country, which is how I wore it in Nashville)? This super cute plaid, chest ruffle dress is so unique. It has a liner on the bottom half but is sheer on the top (the front is covered by ruffles). It has a waist tie that can be tied in front or back. Waist is stretchable up to 14”. Is says M but fits like a small.total length from shoulder to bottom is 32”. Stains (barely noticeable because of pattern) are shown in pictures.
