Sheer Navy Blue and Polka Dot Top

This top is a sheer navy blue fabric with pink, tan, and blue polka dots. It has a wide elastic neckline with decorative buttons down the front. The sleeves are wide and fall just above the elbow but have elastic at the end so it can sit higher on the arm. The bottom doesn't have elastic but does have a tie at the front center. Can be tied in a bow or a knot. It is 100% pokies, machine washable and in good condition.
