Sheer Navy Blouse with Buttons

This is a lovely semi-sheer blouse in true navy featuring top buttons and a very pretty shirring detail. Item runs a teensy bit large so consider sizing down for a fitted look. I think this looks best a bit relaxed. Can easily be worn with casual pieces or dressed up for work or a night out.
